Important Notification To Our Valued Verde Ranch RV Resort Guests

Dear Verde Ranch RV Resort Guests,

We’re reopening amenities, in compliance with all state and local health mandates. Verde Ranch RV Resort is excited to welcome you back to the casually luxurious experience you have come to expect from a Contemporary Resorts and Residences property.

As of November 4, all amenities are open at the resort. Face masks are required in all resort buildings and public spaces. (If you are unable to wear a mask, call 928-567-7126 for remote service.) In addition to our enhanced cleaning protocol, guest sanitization stations are located at all entrances and in bathhouse hallways.

Please read below for details on reopening:

Clubhouse is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. with a max capacity of 20. Shuffleboard, pool, darts, meeting rooms, workspaces and lounge areas are open with a six-foot social distance requirement for those not in your household.

Pool, hot tubs and splash pad are open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Showers are available in Laundry 1 and Laundry 2 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. After-hours access is available at the back entrance of Laundry 2. Use the current WiFi code on the pin pad for entry.

Fitness Room is open with a max occupancy of four people. Fitness equipment is also available on the back patio by the pool. Please use the provided sanitization wipes prior to use.

Sports courts (pickleball, bocce ball, horseshoes and ping pong) are open during daylight hours. You must supply your own pickleball and ping pong equipment (available for purchase through the Resort Store, along with ladder ball, washer toss and other outdoor games to play in open areas). Bocce balls and horseshoes can be checked out through Guest Services.

River Walking Trail, across from the playground, is open. River tubes, life vests, paddles and air pumps are available for purchase through the Resort Store. Parking is available in front of the playground or at the clubhouse.

Resort Store is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Purchases can also be called in at 928-567-7126 and delivered to your site between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., upon request.

Guests use the facilities at their own risk and understand that even with the enhanced sanitation protocols put in place, management cannot guarantee 100% protection.

Any guests who are feeling ill should confine themselves to their recreational vehicle, seek medical attention if they exhibit symptoms indicative of COVID-19 and notify Guest Services immediately.
