Important Notification To Our Valued Verde Ranch RV Resort Guests
Dear Verde Ranch RV Resort Guests,
This is a difficult and unprecedented time and we want you to know that we are committed to the well-being and safety of our guests and staff. Hospitality is, and will always be, the foundation of our business and Verde Ranch RV Resort values community and the shared experience. However, we believe the current situation requires modifying our standard procedures. If you are currently on property or traveling, we want you to know that Verde Ranch RV Resort is taking steps to make our destination safe and comfortable. As the situation develops, we will continue to add or reduce protocols as recommended by the various authorities.
On Tuesday, May 12th, Arizona Governor Doug Ducey issued Executive Order 2020-36, Stay Healthy, Return Smarter, Return Stronger and, pursuant to the order, the Arizona Department of Health Services released Guidance For Pools protocols for reopening pools, hot tubs, and fitness centers, with physical distancing and enhanced sanitation in place. In accordance with the Governor’s order, the AZ Department of Health’s protocols, and CDC guidelines, our team has been working diligently to take the proper measures to reopen our pool, spas and bath facility for the safe use and enjoyment of our guests.
Given the CDC guidelines for gathering and social distancing, Verde Ranch RV Resort will be implementing the following protocols:
Pool and Spas
The Pool and Spas will be open from 10 am to 6 pm, 7 days a week. The pool occupancy is limited to 10 swimmers and each spa is limited to 4 bathers at one time. No lifeguard is on duty, and guests swim at their own risk.
Instructional signage will be located at both entrances of the pool reminding guests not to use the facilities if feeling unwell, to sanitize hands before entering the pool area, not to wear face coverings while in the water and to maintain a 6-foot social distance from other guests.
Resort Team members will be monitoring and conducting regular sanitation of the pool area. All furniture is sanitized at opening and closing daily. Flip chairs down when departing to indicate the table needs to be sanitized.
Only utilize lounge chairs that are not folded down. Fold lounge chair down after use to indicate the chair needs to be sanitized.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult while using the Splash Pad, Pool, and Spas. Supervision includes assisting users with maintaining social distancing and following posted rules including hand sanitation. It may be necessary to take turns using the Splash Pad in order to maintain social distancing.
Reminder, in accordance with AZ Department of Health guidelines.
- If you are at a higher risk for severe illness, you should avoid visiting pools. People at higher risk for severe illness include adults 65 or older and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions.
- Do not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth.
- After leaving the pool, use hand sanitizer. When you get home, wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
